precident of the past.
We had set the terrorists
free, who had kidnapped
Rubaya, the JK CM's
daughter in the past,
as deal.
Had freed torroists in a deal
to release Indian Airlines'
hostages, who were in
Jail.
So why this poor fellow be hanged.
If any one to be hanged, it should be the leaders, who devide te country in the name of religion and reservations as per caste sytems. Advanis' and Yakoobs' (UP Minister) type to be punished alongwith MAUNI BABAS AND MAUNI MATAS OF THE GOVERNMENT. Atal Behari was a great teacher, who taught all sensible and intelligent MPs and Ministers and Chairpersons of the UPA to keep mum and not do anything.

Death sentence is not a suitable option. We have to teach him Gandhigiri and then he will teach others the Gandhigiri. Then only we can stop the terrorist activity in India. And every prisoners must have to know the Gandhigiri to reduce the crime.

No, he should not be sentenced to death though he did a very big crime.A social setup which doesn't have power to give life doesn't have the right to take a life.Can this govt give life to gandhiji who served the nation throughout his life?

Afzal does not know the significance of a life! That is why he turned into a terrorist and killed so many people.
First, he must be made to realise the significance of life. Then we must hang him. Then alone he will realise the pain of all people who died in that battle.

If he really is a terrorist, if after a fair trial law finds him guilty then--------YES he sure should be given death sentence irrespective of what J&K CM or anyone says but he is just a small part of terrorism-Indian govt. should solve the root cause of terrorism.
& all terrorists should receive the same kind of treatment, be it kashmiri/pakistani or hindu fanatics (bajrang dal etc) who spread racialism and plan to bomb mosques or kill Christians, remember gujrat.

Death sentence is only suitable action for such terrorists if pardoned pressures and some kidnappings and hijackings will be there to secure his release..

countries like INDIA are suffering due to terrorism even after its genuine approach with neighbour countries. but due to gelocy some are not able to tolerate the growth of INDIA.
even in human way it is horrible but to put an end to the terroristic activities surely we have hang this type of culprits. otherwise there is no meaning in giving awards to the persons who loses their life in the battle
