I was at the movies on Thursday and some teenagers wouldn't shut the hell up. They were being loud and obnoxious. They also didn't turn their cell phones off so they kept ringing. I complained to an employee and they were unable to get these brats to stop. How do I get a refund?

Speak to the manager! I was once able to get a refund (well, free tickets for a future show) for just telling the manager about a sound problem that lasted just a few minutes.

The managers are generally very interested in keeping customers happy and coming back, so you should have very little problems.

Go straight to the manager and ask for your money back. The employee that night should have called the authorities and had the kids taken out. I would also let the manager know the employee did nothing other than ask the kids to be quiet. They should have taken the initiative to go one step further and go to the manager themselves or offer you free tickets or something. If this gets you nowhere I would find out who owns the theatre and call them. I am tired of the total disrespect and lack of discipline with kids like this any more!

Talk to the manager and demand a refund. If it's a chain theater like Lowe's, locate the head office and ask the President for a refund.

just speak with a manager at the theatre. in more cases than not the managers would rather just give you want you want rather than hearing you complain(no offense) or having you complain to their superior. I had an experience similar, well not really but at the pirates of the carribean 3 release something went haywire with the computers so they had like 3 theates worth of people in one theatre, at one time so they ended up giving people free tickets for a future showing. so anyway good luck!

You can speak to the manager, but he is also most likely a punk kid. Write a letter to the CEO of the chain or his customer service VP. It worked for me when the movie was out of focus at a Century Theater.
