If that's the case, than does this mean millions of parents deserve to die? Should we make a Holocaust for them all?

Keep in mind I'm against the death penalty, I'm just interested in what you guys think (my name is Morbid Thoughts, after all ;))

As long as it's consensual and doesn't cause harm to either person, does the government have any right to tell people what they can and can't do in the privacy of their own bedrooms, or does the government have a moral responsibility to set down limits?

I want to take to court a well known food producer. They make refridgerated and frozen meals for a sector of the market. They have, no only, broken labelling laws, by not stating hydrogenated on thier ingredients lists, but have also marketed thier food as being cholesterol free, healthy for your heart etc. When actually, the majority of thier products are loaded with hydrogenated oils.
I've been eating thier products for about 12 years, I always check ingrediants for unhealthy additives such as this and have been mislead to believe that this was healthy food.
I want to take this company to court for poisening my arteries and not giving me an informed choice.
How do I do this?
What kind of solicitor / lawyer do I need to visit?
Where do I start?
(I have written to the company, several times, with no response).
Any serious answers are greatly appreciated.

Hi all... (UK law) a cherished relative passed away a year ago this october. Probate was granted very swifty. The sale of the house has gone through within a few months of this and everything I would have expected to pass without any problems. Unfortunately the two executors do not appear to see eye to eye. One has taken it upon herself to discredit the other one. It seems that she chooses to contest an expense of the other per letter to the solicitors (including questioning a nominal fee paid for a debt to the deceased's Milkman!!). Other qibbles are larger (like the sale of the house, which ironically was sold for more than asking price). I am sure that this person is hell bent on using the funds (running total is in the 1000's just for these letters) in the estate to just cause problems and settle some unkown family rift. Can i seek legal intervention to question/understand/bring to light her motives? Is more than a year unreasonable amount of time?

OK here is the deal. I know this girl that will be 17 this weekend. She already has a baby that is a year old. She is now pregnant again. She has a job and also goes to school. Her dad pulls her hair and both parents call her names all the time. She wants to move out and live with the daddy of the baby so she can get away from her parents. She is really unhappy where she is. How can she go about getting emancipated? What would happen if she "ran away" with her baby? Please help

It has to have a host in order to survive. Like people tell me is the case with fetuses. Their argument is that a fetus is not a living thing because it has to have a host. So what about parasites? Read your biology book and you'll see they are living. And yes, I am comparing a fetus to a parasite, so get over it. I'm trying to get people to think about what they are actually saying.
