First, put down the blunt. Second, read the news for yourself. The date to vote for this is election day, Tuesday Nov 9. You will find out then if it was passed or not. Right now, it is still illegal.

I've heard that too. It's probably just like Colorado though. They voted and made it legal but it is illegally federally so it cannot be legal. The state law does not overrule the federal law.

The only legality is that it is not a felony unless you have so much, then it is possession with intent to sell.
Otherwise, it is a misdemeanor, and only subject to a fine, in which is written on the spot, and you are free to go.

huh? that is nuts Nevada has the most strict laws when it comes to pot, you can go to jail with just a joint!
