The camera can be turned whenever it is deemed necessary, so do not get used to the way it is pointing today, tomorrow may be different.

If you are driving away from the camera on the wrong side of the road (ie with the camera on the left of the road and you on the right) then yes you will get caught as the camera covers the whole road. If you are driving towards the camera on the correct side of the road (ie with the camera on the right hand side of the road and you on the left) then no you will not get caught as the flash would temporarily blind you which ultimately would be dangerous and would probably lead to all kinds of law suits!!
If you don't speed then you don't need to worry about it!!

it depends if the camera is facing oncoming or departing traffic. In one of the Swiss cantons where i've just moved from they've recently changed ALL their cameras to be dual-facing, so you can get caught in either direction and for 1 km either side of the camera.

it depends which way the camera is pointing.
Some roads have two line down them, one going each way,and only one camera.
if it''s facing towards you,it won't catch you speeding,as they only read the rear number plates.
