Legal age for marriage is the correct sentence ... its 13 for girls
while sex only legal after marriage.....

There is no legal age. Under thier law if a Girl has Sex outside marriage then she can be killed. Marriage age is determined by the father. Marriages are most often arranged.

A man can marry a girl younger than nine years of age, even if the girl is still a baby being breastfed. A man, however is prohibited from having intercourse with a girl younger than nine, other sexual act such as forplay, rubbing, kissing and sodomy is allowed. A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not comitted a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged. If the girl, however, is permanently damaged, the man must provide for her all her life. But this girl will not count as one of the man's four permanent wives. He also is not permitted to marry the girl's sister."

Age is not important. It is when she gets married and not before. Having sex before marriage will get her killed by her family.

I don't know but I saw a picture in the newspaper of a little girl of eight who was about to be married to a man of sixty. His second wife. As far as I'm concerned this is child sexual abuse and the people who do it deserve no respect. No good saying it is your culture, we live in a world where we now know this is harmful to the child. It's heartbreaking what is happening to children.
