in mississippi if i had some trouble at my home and i took out pappers on this person and this person likes to fight dirty and thay came back and i shot them! in my eyes it would be self defince !i talking even befor thay got in side my home likes the door steps /front yard etc

In MS, if they are on your property (not in your house) and you believe your life is in danger, you can use deadly force. Just make sure you can articulate to the police exacty what made you feel your life was in danger. "The person likes to fight dirty" probably wouldn't hold up in court (unless fighting dirty means with a gun, bomb, molotov cocktail, etc.).
It also doesn't spare you from being sued by the person's family for wrongful death.
If you already filed a complaint against them, they are also trying to intimidate you as a witness which is a felony in and of itself.

Call the cops - they will give you great advice on the situation, they might even come to your home!
