i have been reading the news paper articles and his lawyer says he wil appeal he is only court appointed though do u think he will do good or should we look for someone else. and he did take a lie detector test. there has also been evidence that he didnt commit the crime but that wasn't brought before the jury so i am clueless as to what to do, but it truely makes me sad to think about anyone who is spending their life locked up for a crime they didn't commit. if i had any dought that he did this i wouldn't stand behind him but i truley feel that he didn't and didn't get a fair chance. and what exactly does it mean when there is jury misconduct?

I am looking for information online. I would like to better understand the difference between State and Federal Law. How a Federal Law is created. Why each State has different laws concerning something national such as divorce or murder. And learn why something as such is not a Federal Law.

People in third world countries are being exploited, but the thing is, do we have a right to interfere? Technically, it's not under our jursidiction, but we have a moral duty to ensure everybody gets their basic human rights, don't we?

Are you accountable after the separation?? and on the flip side if I won the loto would he get half?

From what I understand is that a legal separation is the same as a divorce. No one can come after me for his debts or screw ups. Our credit does not effect one anothers. Also if I buy a house he does not have legal rights to it.

Please provide me with any information about a legal separation.

My friend says if you check the history of the ACLU you will find it is historically based upon communism. Regardless of that why are they defending illegals and the rights of illegals in a city that wants to enforce immigration laws in their own city? They are not US citizens and they are violating immigration laws by being here.

I am preparing a reserach paper on this topic. I understand that US$ 2 million per person is spent for execution whereas US$ 500,000/- is spent for life imprisonment in USA. I admit the cost is too much for capital punishment but it should be otherwise in Asian Countries such as India, China, etc. Moreover the cost factor should not be a deterrent for capital punsihment.
