Kill someone, you can be charged as an adult. I think the same holds true for any capital crimes and felonies. Short of that you can't have the rights of an 18 y/o short of turning 18. If you want to emanipate yourself from your parents and have a limited rights in that sense then you will need a lawyer and go to court. The lawyer can find out what the terms to get it would be and explain to you what rights you would aquire and what you would need to prove.

Wait for your birthday, or get emancipated from your parents, BUT...

Emancipation requires that you can take care of yourself as though you are an adult. Be prepared to have a job, a place to live (YOUR OWN APARTMENT), money in the bank in case of emergency, a car helps too...
