Whether Statement made by Mr.Man Mohan Singh about "fair Share" to minority will endup like Neharu's?or not.

They say once Neharu made an statment regarding poll among Kashmiries to take common senses regarding merging "Kashmir" with India and we are still paying for that.Will this statment also do same impact as later is again picked up by fundamentalists.What do you think?
