I am not saying anything wrong or bad about it. Just because I am questioning free speech--I will probably get a violation.
This is the country of Americans and the melting pot--the ones who came in to help us with our battles. This is not a mixed pot for stir in's. What was the fight of the freedom of America for if we r an open country to anyone who is here illegally?
I do not mean this as bad. My grandpa, dad, my husband, my son all fought for the rights of freedom along with other relatives.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with taxation.

I don't smoke it (though some of my friends do). Is there something about it that the government won't tell us?

I just can't comprehend why cigarettes, alcohol, acetaminophen and naproxen (all products with detrimental health effects) are freely available to the public and regulated by the government. Especially considering the positive impact that pot can have on your health.

Is it because it's hallucanigenic? Or is it some other reason?

The LAW Guardian (not legal guardian) is impossible & does not care. I don't know all the particulars of this situation, but I know enough that this child should NOT be going through such a nightmare. The grandmother is probably to old & ugly now to even leave her husband unless, she is just as crazy and likes this behavior. It may have happened to her when she was growing up, or even the LAW Guardian that was appointed because the mother fights with the grandparents & other girl siblings. This went to family court because grandparents wanted their grandparents visitaion rights, & for only one reason! I feel the LAW Guardian needs to be reported to the right officials, & anyother idiot that allows these people to do as they please just because they have that almighty dollar! There are a lot more unanswered questions someone may ask & I wish I could answer them. All I need is to go over some peoples heads so I can try to help this child. I just don't know who what where to go.

Let's say you and your husband were separated - you had the children and he lived elsewhere. You obtained a child support order against him - he starts paying as ordered. At some point, you reconcile and he returns home but continues to pay child support. Because he essentially provides you the money, via the State, for child support and that amount is constant and budgetable - do people simply live with that arrangement? I'm not aware of any law which automatically ends child support if a separated, married couple reconciles.

Thought i was buying new and it was used, my husband and I went to the home depot and seen this front load washer and dryer that we have been doing research on for at least a month. Came into the store and could not believe our eyes. the one we wanted and they were offering it to us at a discount because the people who ordered it refused it upon delivery. "refused it UPON delivery" the didnt want it. well 4 days later we go and pay for it and bring it home. we set it up and look for manuals. Funny thing is the drum of washer was wet along with manual. hmm, open manual and find return forms from last owner who sent it back because they used it for 1 month and had nothing but PROBLEMS with it. what should i do? sue? get more money off? My being the second owner makes my warranty from manufacture null and void (service call on the machines were already placed) so my extended warranty thru HD wont start for 3 years. i am very very mad that i was taken what do i do?

People must have experienced this once: "try to find the difference between these two pictures in 15 seconds" and then a scary picture pops up.

My question is, can people sue the site or whoever linked them if someone gets a heart attack or is mentally scarred?

For example, if you are being abused by a person, your human right of security of person is being violated. Now, is the person who was violating your rights still enabled to his own rights (for example if you retaliated in self-defense during an attack you would be violating his rights. How can you say whose rights are more important?). If anyone has any links to philosophy on the subject I would be interested in it. Thank you.

Name Slander!?
Ok here is the scoop long story short.
My friends x-girlfriend got pregnant by him,she wanted an abortion,so she got an abortion. She later regrets having the abortion ,she wished that she would have kept the baby.People ask of why the two broke up,He says because she had an abortion,"She aborted his child",so he broke it off.being that she regrets it,when people ask her what happened in the relationship for them two to break up,she is telling everyone that he pushed her down a flight of stairs and she had a mis-carriage.Saying that he killed the child when this never took place. There is proof she had an abortion(Medical Records). The boyfriend owns a local business in town, which may hurt his reputation. Is this name slander, can it be taken to court.
I do not want to here how he put her name out there,if it is fact, then it is truth, and truth is not "NAME SLANDER".If she is saying he pushed her down stairs and caused the death of their child then that life in prison!

Why aren't the owners of these websites arrested immediately after they broadcast? Law enforcement agencies could easily trace where the website is been shown from, right? Do pedophiles have rights in this regard, to be free to broadcast child-porn?

5 months ago, I bought a condo in Illinois.Three weeks after I moved in, I recieved a letter by mail from the management of the building. They notified the owner of the unit (me!) that the severe damage in the foundation that they talked about before, was getting worse. They confirmed that the damage was so severe that might cause the building to shut down for safety purposes. They asked the unit owners to pay for the repair. They asked me, also, to pay $12,080 for the repair ! The total cost of repair is $604,000 by estimate. Because of the "fraud" and "knowingly failure to disclose the true condition of the property", I sued the seller. 3 month later, court told me that they couldn't find the defendants, and as a result I have to find their address, then I can sue them! I know they moved to Palatine recently. I can not afford a lawyer. I need help to find them, and invite them to the court of Law. Does anybody know how can I get help? Can anybody help me represent my case in court?

I have joint physical custody of my son. During the week he is with me, my ex-husband's fiancée has repeatedly approached me. I have asked her several times (verbally and in writing) to respect my privacy and not to disturb me especially during my son's sport events. She does not respect my request. She has even walked in front of my house and come by the playground next to us. She lives in the same subdivision/community, but 3 streets over. What can I do to protect my privacy? Can I get a restraining order to keep her away from me, especially during my son's activities which take place outside of where we live?
