You can be like 3rd cousins, w virgina does marry just about anyone. I would call and check if they would marry you.

Honestly, I hope your wrong. That is not a pleasant thought. And if this is something you or someone you know is planning, please insist that biological children are not birthed because that child will have serious deformities.
