I got a few pop ups on my pc that are definitly child pornography. How I would go about reporting the web site to the police or FBI? Thanks.

Start with a police report with your local PD. Follow up. If no action was taken, file with the county, then the state, then federal. A papertrail is your best resolution. Help them out by copying the pop up and note where you were when you got the pop up.

The national center for Missing and Exploited Children has a reporting function on its cybertipline webpage. You can file a report regarding child pornography and they will route your complaint to the appropriate law enforcement authority.

Call local law enforcement. Many of them have a contact or a special unit that you can connect with to give a report and get more information. Hope this helps. :)

Don't download any of it, and sure that answer gave you a you got to be nuts. Present local police with letter explaining exactly you saw by accident, and unline ACCIDENTAL SAW CHILD PORNOGRAPHY ON-LINE AND ASKING HOW TO PROCEED.

Call the local police and ask them .... they will know how to get the ball rolling. If nothing happens call your local state police.
