Start with a police report with your local PD. Follow up. If no action was taken, file with the county, then the state, then federal. A papertrail is your best resolution. Help them out by copying the pop up and note where you were when you got the pop up.

The national center for Missing and Exploited Children has a reporting function on its cybertipline webpage. You can file a report regarding child pornography and they will route your complaint to the appropriate law enforcement authority.

Call the local police and ask them .... they will know how to get the ball rolling. If nothing happens call your local state police.
