People must have experienced this once: "try to find the difference between these two pictures in 15 seconds" and then a scary picture pops up.

My question is, can people sue the site or whoever linked them if someone gets a heart attack or is mentally scarred?

I bet not, but if you could bundle that with those computerized chatters that keep imming you, i'd definatly put my signature for a referrendum to get that law passed(the law letting you sue people for pop ups)!!!

No you can't. You agree to the terms of the site when you enter the site. It's YOUR problem.

Not likely. What are your damages, in money terms? Practically zero, which is what you would likely recover if you sued and won.
