So yah I hate property law. I'm wondering if this is just me. I will be completely surprised if anyone responds to this question.

I didn't mind Property I, which at my school dealt with creation versus finding property, and lost/misplaced items. Call me strange, but I even enjoyed future interests and the Rule Against Perpetuities. I just had a great professor that made it funny.

What I couldn't wrap my head around was zoning, or nuisance laws. Fortunately, neither of those came up on the California bar last July, and I'm hoping (knock on wood) neither come up on the Oregon bar in February.

I am 13 and obviously not in law school but I have researched that
junk and it is horrible and I hate it just as much as you do.
And it is terrible especially in California when neighbor's tree
comes to your lawn and it is illegal even to cut that portion
which is on your land!

do no longer bypass. After 3 F^&*ing years of regulation college and an in depth bar assessment type you sit down for the bar. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, the idiots who developed the utility do no longer difficulty to objective it and it randomly deletes solutions. and prefer 1000's of alternative bar applicants you're screwed with the aid of fact of fool utility engineering. that's no longer properly worth it.
