My brother just got in trouble for going 78 in a 40 in June. He had no previous tickets or anything got a $150 dollar fine. They could make you go to traffic school. It really depends on if your judge is in a good mood, and how many previous offenses you have

When I went to Court, The women ahead of me said her lawyer told her to ask to see the "charging implement", Or a copy of the orginial ticket. If all of us were smart enough to have follow her lead, we all would have won.
Otherwise you will have a hefty ticket. It also depends on your driving record I am hardly aware of the traffic laws in Maine. Is "zionsville" a putdown rather then a real name? I would not call it that in Court If I were you.

I don't know what could happen to you, a high fine?? well...I just hope that you understand that driving that fast in a low speed zone like 40 is a very dangerous thing to do...if you want to kill yourself , fine just buy a gun and shoot yourself but don't put everybody else in danger because of your reckless driving. YOU CAN KILL SOMEONE, and then you will be here asking in Yahoo Answers..What can you expect in court, because you killed an innocent life.

damn, 80 two in a 70 isn't reckless to me. In PA, MD, NJ, and so on., that's 20 over the shrink re: rushing to be reckless i've got self belief. i'd provide observe and reasoning nonetheless in case you intend to no longer tutor. they'll in all probability throw a bench warrant your way.

I don't know, but I hope you are given a large fine and have your license taken away for a long time. Speeding is one thing, but what you did is dangerous. You should just be happy that you didn't kill or injure anyone.

Is that 82 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone? I hope they take your car and your license away. When you get a license, you are supposed to act responsibly instead of like a 13 year old boy who just saw his first Playboy.

sorry, I don't know.....but that was pretty reckless don't you think? What would you have done if you would have hit someone! Speed limits are normally for a reason, not to bug you! Think about it and slow down!

I think you will loose your license and be fined. I don't know Indiana law, but most likely no jail.

Listen to the lyrics of " I can't Drive 55 ".
Your *** is grass, boy...You should hope that the officer doesn't show up on this one....Don't plead anything until he/she/it appears. Don't allow any continuance if the officer doesn't show up.
