Yes, the law is the law. Unless the law has already been declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
Intimate sexaul relationships between consenting adults cannot be made criminal conduct. US Supreme Court. Lawrence v. Texas (2003). See link below for the full text of the opinion.
So, Oklahoma may still have sodomy laws on the books. But they are unconstitutional as applied to consenting adults, and thus cannot be enforced.

No, not that I've heard. A lot of states still have the sodomy law but everyone ignores it. Oklahoma only has a problem with gay people doing it. They seem to pursue it mostly if a gay man is trying to solicit sex which is illegal anyway. They will then charge him with a sodomy related crime. They also target bathhouses and other places they consider to be a gay "den of sin". All parties involved would be charged and there's a maximum of 10 years in prison. I have heard nothing about anyone having to register as a sex offender unless an underage person was involved.
Most other places, if it was forced it's the same as rape and it is a "real" crime and the person would be a sex offender. If it's consensual and behind closed doors, no one really cares anymore unless someone involved is underage. Under normal circumstances, there's no need to warn people because the people involved would not be considered dangerous so they wouldn't have to register as a sex offender.
These days, to be caught for something like this, you'd probably have to be doing it in a public place. They wouldn't even bother charging you with sodomy, it would just be public fornication or a lewd act and you'd be fined.

The Supremes knocked down all such laws a couple terms ago, as unconstitutional. Whatever consenting adults want to do in Olkahoma goes.

Sir.. Our regulation equipment isn't so violent... Punishment is merely to appropriate the blunders..! yet killing of toddler females and the different one you have reported is extremely a extreme violence..! So it would be punished by potential of extreme approach...! Have a good day :)

Of course you can. The police and courts pick and choose every day which law they want to enforce and prosecute.

one who has not been convicted are not sex offenders.
those one is not "registered"
one who speeds on the way to work but is not cited -are they judged guilty and license pointed and insurance rated affected?
of course not--matter is not public knowledge-no charge issued.
are you turning yourself in?????
will you be convicted without evidence?
of course not...
your question is riddled.

As with anything else, you can do whatever you want as long as you dont get caught...They would put the entire state population in jail if they enforced it..

First of all if anyone practices sodomy, you can be arrested for animal abuse. I think that's disgusting and you should go get counseling if that's what you do.
