My email inbox has recently started to fill up with emails from yahoo sources, offering child pornography. Surely this is misuse of the facility and has to be stopped, preferably by publishing names and telling neighbours about the perverts who live in their street.

Identify the account holder and report them to Yahoo for identification so that they could be indicted in court.

Send send a report to the nice folks at the cybertipline of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They will route your tip to the appropriate law encofcement authority.
And thank you for caring enough to take the time to report those who would take advantage of children in such a horrible way.

Contact the FBI and they can tell you what to do. Good luck! I tend to delete anything I don't recognize so who knows what's been in there.

contact your local cop shop and forward the emails with note attached that you want them stopped
