With laws such as Megan's Law - (a federal law passed in 1996 that authorizes local law enforcement agencies to notify the public about convicted sex offenders living, working or visiting their communities, have helped expose the pedophile and allows parents to better protect their children) what chance would they have of starting fresh? Or are they doomed to remain the biggest of all social outcasts?

Here in Colorado, some guy is suing to get ladies nights at bars and clubs shut down. He says that it is a sexist and discriminatory practice, and that just because "women are cheap" that men shouldn't have to bear the unfair economic burden. Believe it or not, he did this before in Minnesota and WON. What do you think?

my aunts husbands ex wife with whom he had 4 kids has been put in prison for drugs. The mother had the kids taken away not only for the drugs but for saying she was homeschooling when she wasn't but wouldn't send them to school. Anyway the mother wouldn't tell the state how to find a the father or grandparents so the child has been in 8 foster homes. My aunt and her husband also have the last child that the ex wife had, they have had her since birth. Basically we would like to get her back with family. We are in Western oklahoma and the DHS case is in Arkansas. We would like to know wether we will have to have a lawyer or what we need to do next. I would also like to add that the father and step mom had tried to find the child but we unable to due to the fact that they moved so often. Please advise what should be our next step.

Native Indians will be the only legal immigrants -- everyone else including you would be forced to leave under the new laws. After all most are decended from illegal migrants given legal status by other illegal migrants.

lost answers through online crash before I could read. Question was in regards as to filing a complaint regarding a camera phone and my daughter seeing a picture taken by a customer, who took a picture of his genitals, using the phone and leaving it on the phone to be seen by others and the store not wanting to file a complaint because the customer comes into the store quite often.
I was upset because my husband, my self and my daughter viewed this picture. Police told me to be prepared to go to court and I don't know what to expect and what steps to handle this situation.
