expunging, is possible in many instances. You however have to fit the criteria.First is the amount of time since your last conviction, second is to also have no other problems (legal) in said time period ( this will very depending on your local rules), all fines, probation costs, etc. MUST be paid in full.(sex crimes not with standing.) If it has been less than seven years I am afraid, your best bet is to pretend you didn't understand the question and leave it blank, if you lie you are opening your self up for disaster, don't vol
an tier any derogatory information about your self ever,If your later asked about it do not be shy or embarrassed,be very mater of fact when you say,you did not put it down because it was A deferred prosecution,( you didn't think it counted) you were young and dumb, you were misinformed, you were dub ed, taken advantage of, etc...
Good luck I hope all turns out well.

If your criminal history precludes you from the job then move on...they are going to eventually find out. If it was some minor offense then TELL THEM about it BEFORE they find out and explain what occurred and how you have straightened up your life and ask them for a chance to rove yourself to them. If you are dishonest then you are proving that you have not really changed...

No you cannot.
Criminal Historys will show:
Date and Court Appeared at
Nature of offence
Convictions recorded/ Sentence Imposed.

Tell them the truth or it is going to come back to bite you on the **** everytime.

No you can not. Just be honest and move on. Clearing your criminal history is illegal would be another dent on your character if found out.

well depending on the laws there...you may be able to get an expungement...that is what they call it here in Oklahoma..kinda costly though....definately tell them about it...dont be a liar...they wont trust you..then you will always worry about them finding out..paranoia will destroy ya..
