i'm not really sure if euthanasia is legal in the philippines... i do believe that the philippine constitution does not allow euthanasia, but that comes with exceptions, especially in the case of a "code red" delivery (i.e. the mother is about to deliver her baby but she is going to die if she does, but to save her, you "put to sleep" her baby)... the problem with the legalization of euthanasia is deeply rooted in what the Church has to say about it... as far as i'm concerned, it's not generally accepeted in the philippines... i just want to know how come you're interested about euthanasia and its legality in the philippines...
