Here in Colorado, some guy is suing to get ladies nights at bars and clubs shut down. He says that it is a sexist and discriminatory practice, and that just because "women are cheap" that men shouldn't have to bear the unfair economic burden. Believe it or not, he did this before in Minnesota and WON. What do you think?

Oh, wow! But on the other hand, how can we get too surprised - remember that lady won against McDonalds? She put hot coffee in her lap and drove off, and then she burned herself with hot coffee (duh!) She won, and ever since every hot beverage cup says "Caution the contents may be hot."

This is even more unbelievable. Then, all the clubs are not supposed to have theme parties or anything like that - how about outlawing an "over 40" or "under 21" party? That's discriminatory too.

All it means there is no reach enoug bar in Minnesotta who could sue againt that guy's claim :-) I hope Colorado is better.

LOL! If the ladies didn't come, then neither will the guys. It's a way to get more men into the club, it's good for business. Let him outlaw the "Ladies Nights" all over the country and see if they'll be any women in the club on a Thursday night. I hope those guys like to dance with other men :o)

Really I think that they have ladies nights to get more women out so they can bring men out too. Women love a good deal with going out, men love a good looking woman when they are out. I honestly don't know really why there is ladies nights, I never found that there is any deal for the ladies exact for the girlie drinks go on sale for .50 less , big deal. That is here though.

He is messing with the discrimination laws, this is ridiculus. A waste of our thought process. This is business and is just fun stuff. There is a male in my area that is trying to use discrimination laws to shut down womens gyms claiming those same sexist practices.
Really people think about it.

Sure it is sexist, but it is also profitable to the owner of the establishment. If there were not profits, there would be no “ladies night”. Don’t shut it down, let the poor bar owner make a few bucks.

Did he say "women are cheap"? No he should not have won. I think that it is good business to have a ladies night. Brings more guys in to spend on women. He's probably cheap. Ugly and disrespectful to women as well. Hope he loses in CO.

I think that is crazy. Women will have the girls night out thing regardless if if its outlawed in the bars and clubs. I bet that guy also loves to go to strip clubs too huh? His women must go to girls night out and he dont have a life so he haves nothing better to do then cry and try to put some money in his pocket over it all.

Well technically he shouldn't have won. Women are a protected class. Men are not. However, I can't understand why he'd be so upset. He must be gay. Here's why. Ladies nights promote heavy drinking for women. Wouldn't he want to be in a bar full of drunk women? What a dolt.

Well, no. Strip clubs for men are even more sexist. Women want to be respected, and respect people more than men. It's more likely that men go to strip clubs more than women. It's just a fun thing a woman likes to do once in a while. While a lot of men go a few times a week. I THINK MEN SHOULD HAVE A NUMBERED LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES THEY CAN GO TO A STRIP CLUB.

Do you not like Ladies??
Ladies night is a way to get women into bars to meet met.

Unless you're gay or married I dont see the problem
