My wife wants a divorce simply because she is unhappy. I have tried. I just got served today. The lawyers tell me the best I can do is shared custody and pay her. I can not live without my 3 boys 6, 8, and 10. At 50 I can not start over. This was my life plan. If I get the boys I will give her 24/7 visitation. She is free to come and go, date what ever. I don't care. I need my boys. I have no one in my court.
Does anyone know anyone who can help?
On top of this she is going to a women of faith conference in Orlando next week. Would a woman of faith do this??
If you are a speaker at this event I sure hope you address this issue and direct it to all pastors and divorcing women.
I don't think my boys want to live a day without me or their mom.
God please come through...

Has anyone ever heard of an employment contract where you are bound to a job for 2 years, and its not salaried? Its hourly pay...$12.00 an hour. Its not for me...my friend did sign one (so he says) and I was just wondering if there was a way out of it. For example, buying out the contract, or just quitting without real bad ramifications.

My sons father is in arrears of over $34,000.00. He got out of prison 6 mos. ago and still has not found a job yet. He is living in a drug rehab atm. He got thrown in prison for beating up his father. He lived with his parents who own an equestrian center. They pay him under the table and now since he is in rehab he also recieves welfare. Life is good for him right now, double tax free income.

Now he is trying to stipulate the court order to lower his payments now that he has to find a job like the rest of us.

What can I do to see that this does not happen ? I have to bring in my last two recent paycheck stubs and my last two tax returns. I also, a few years ago, found and copied a website of his stating he is a horse trainer and riding instructor on his fathers website. That specific site of his is no longer a link on his dads website. Could this help? I'm really upset that he would do this as my son and I am living in a 1 bedroom apt.

Can this work out for him?

Why is it that when a man is the victim of domestic violence, most police don't always press charges, but if it were the other way around a man would most certainly go to jail?

Do we need another woodstock? Should we hold it at Cindy Sheehan's property? What is it going to take? How can we achieve peace? Lots of questions---only serious contemplations, please. I've know use for the answers of people who don't bother to look inside themselves, only out.

Clearly Bush has lied to the American people. He has conducted what looks like an endless "War on Terror" (whatever the hell that means).

My co-worker drives me and him to jobs sometimes.

My boss requires us to carpool and when my co-worker drives sometimes he smokes pot.

He also says he keeps some in his glovebox.

I have never done any drugs, I have never even smoked a cigarette, but I don't complain about his pot smoking because we are in his car.

If we got pulled over and he was caught smoking pot, would I be arrested too?

If we got pulled over and his vehicle was searched and pot was found, would I be arrested too?

My wife found out about my co-worker and she is pissed. She threated to tell my boss because my co-worker smokes pot on company time.

Please help!

My tenant is an atty consequently i am less knowledgeable, besides I don't particularly have strong faith in the court system for working people. In a nutshell I've given into the tenants(atty) proposal just to keep from going to mediation or arbitration waste of time ,money to the court and attys fees and my mental health. The tenant is expecting me to return his deposit the day he moves out and we do a walk thru. i resentment this demand yet I'm not willing to discuss this with tenant in advance because he's a jerk.I thought instead present him with the law the day he hands me the keys. i plan to refund the deposit but I want to be assured that I didn't overlook the operation of the washing machine, or the plumbing things you may not see with a walk thru. everything was new prior to their move in two months ago. What can I do? I"ll be glad to get this over with in the coming weeksThanks

The store reported it to the police, the police called me, telling me they know who the person is who did this as he also took a picture of his face with the camera phone. The store does'nt want to file a compaint as the person comes in the store quite often. They said they are angry but won't file a complaint. I fill this person is going to just walk away with just a slap on the wrist. The police said I can file a complaint but to be prepared to go to court. I feel that the store should being filing the complaint. What should I do and what steps do I take ?
