He broke the law there but he did something neither the US Marshall's and the Mexican government could do. That creature is now serving over 200 years in prison.
We should not extradite him and the charges should be dropped. The new president is just trying to get his name out there. There are many petitions and a legal fund for them started by one of the girls that was so brutally raped by the max factor heir.

No, he was not wrong. He may have broken the law, but he was doing the world a favor by taking that brutal rapist off the streets. Immigrants come over here every day, and we're criticized for putting them in jail for breaking the law. What gives? Last year near where I live, 2 illegals drove drunk and killed 2 people, one of which was a top student in college. Which crime is worse? These 2 illegals killing people or Dog taking someone vicious off the street? I happen to like Dog and what he stands for, and I say that the charges should be dropped. Mexico is just ticked off over all the illegal stuff going on and using Dog as a scapegoat.

Yes hes was wrong, he is a bounty hunter, that is his job. He should know the laws on doing this. The charges should not be dropped, he broke the law and hes got to pay for it just like he tells all the people he takes in.

Was what he did "wrong"? Absolutely not. Was what he did against the law in Mexico? Yes.

An extremely dangerous man is in prison because Dog had the courage and the resources to go and catch him. Luster was not only dangerous to women - he was desperate enough to flee to another country in the middle of his criminal trial. He might have been carrying a gun when Dog apprehended him - all these were risks that Dog took.

I think that until the chance of extradition to Mexico is dropped by the Mexican government, we should push for a boycott of Mexican tourism. If they're going to harbor dangerous criminals and not apprehend them, I don't want to vacation there.

Yes he was wrong. He had been arrested for it before and got off with a fine. Mexico is fed up with bounty hunters grabbing suspects and bringing them across the border without going through formalities and extradition. I'm not defending Luster but Mexico is a sovereign nation with its own laws. Dog was aware of those laws and chose to break them.

Dog broke the law in Mexico twice. First, he apprehended a rapist from the U.S. out of U.S. jurisdiction and refused to turn him over to the Mexicans. Then he paid bail, but did not show up for a hearing on this matter. I personally think he did the moral thing in apprehending the guy. I also think since he's high profile from his TV show, that someone or several someones have decided to make an example out of him.

Much as I think Dog is doing some good work, he did break the laws of Mexico. He got some bad advice when told to flee the country after his first arrest there three years ago.

He was wrong by not following their laws to aprehend the fugitive so the charges should not be droped. Think about it, if we expect visitors to our country to follow our laws, shouldnt we do the same when we visit another country?

When you go into another r country, you must obey the laws of that country. No one is arguing that the rapist shouldn't be arrested, but it should have been done by officials of that country or officials from another country who had permission to go into the country to effect the arrest. By breaking their laws, you become the criminal. "Dog" became a kidnapper because he entered a foreign country and took a person against their will.

No, not wrong, the guy was a rapist, and a brutal one at that. Mexico's government is trying to charge him with kidnapping which is illegal down there, Imagine that. I think its a political move to exchange prisoners. I cant believe our government might let this happen
