Why is it that when a man is the victim of domestic violence, most police don't always press charges, but if it were the other way around a man would most certainly go to jail?

First of all, real men don't or shouldn't hit a female. Only guys who have low testosterone and self-esteem beat on females. They should go to jail. If the female starts it, then the officers should show equal justice and take her away.

Guys, Don't hit females, be a real man and walk away from any confrontation.

Where I live, both parties are arrested in domestic violence calls and then they both have trials and the judge decides what really happened.

Because its often hard for a jury to believe a big, strong man could be beat by a tiny, "frail" woman.
