how come all non whites are exempt from hate crime laws but are the most likely to commit them

It is because whites do not stick together and demand equality.It's because whites are usually the ones sticking it to other whites.
It's also because judges usually take the law in their own hands when it';s a "so called hate Crime" and decide the case rather than let a jury.It's because the juries are usually hand pick by both the proscutor and the defense for media attention and not for merit.
Take the case of a Jacksonville Florida realestate salesman. He was ssshowing a house to a black coupla when a kid next door flexed his arm in a manner(according to him, and them) was considered racist. He sued because he claimed he lost a sale due to a hate crime. The owners of the property next door wa sforced ot pay him much more than the house would have sold for. They probably lost their own home ot thios animal. In all fairness this case should have not made it past the judge where he should hav eimmediately jailed the broker and his lawyer for bringing a fibious lawsuit to court.. Instead the judge allowed a miscarriage of justice.

They do not only apply to whites. The difference is Caucasians are considered the majority (not as true as it used to be). It is a lot harder to prove a hate crime against a Caucasian because of strong stereotypes, strong liberal views, and lets face it white people are tired of being called racists every time they turn their back. We can't even dislike an individual if he/she is another nationality w/o being called a racist.

a hate crime is a hate crime. it doesnt only apply to whites. It can be inflicted on numerous racial groups by anyone. White, black, asian, or whatever, if you commit a hate crime, you go to jail.
