recourse.Tenant is writing this proposal down for the record so I don't take any action in the future against him. I won't sign anything or even accept his registered mail. I just want him out and will write this off as a loss

If a terrorst has information vital to the security of the US, shouldn't we use any means to collect it? I mean really, why don't we stop mamby-pambying these criminals we call POW's? They are not even following the rules of the Geneva Convention, much less under it.
Not for the sake of being cruel, but to tap into a resource available to us.
Remember, they would gladly do it to you.

Is there an arguement for voluntary Euthanasia?
For example, a person dying from Cancer or a person who has become so incapacitated that there life has no meaning.
That is to say that they cannot move, communicate vocally, or otherwise, sustained perpetually on life support.
There is a film starring Richard Dreyfus called "Who's life is it anyway?" Where due an accident he is paralysed from the neck down & has to spend his life in a hospital supported by machines. He argues that he should be able to decide for himself how he wishes to live or die. We put animals down "Humanely" but why do we let people suffer unecessarily so. I think if a person has to spend there whole of their remaining life either in severe pain or not have the ability to make or communicate a decision for themselves, where there life is only sustained because of the decision of others, provided that the person can by any means possible communicate their wishes be given the option to end their lives with dignity.

I don't want to get the record "expunged," because that doesn't actually purge the files. I'm 21 years old and haven't had any problems sense the incident when I was 16. It is a felony and I served probation for 6 months, paid a fine and did community service to resolve it. The specific felony was burglary of a habitat <$500. And yes, it is a felony. I heard about expunging the record and know that it is automatically sealed. I want to know if it is possible to get my juvenile completely purged, so that it would be as if it never happened. I know that in some states there is a law that allows juvenile records to be purged, but I don't see it in Texas. Please help me out, and let me know if you know someone who has been in a similar situation or know of a way to go about getting my records erased. (IE. Who has the authority to do something like this, how to appeal to this person, what my options are, can I erase my FBI record after this, etc. More details is better than less.

I am a born and bred Englishman and a very patriotic to my country.... I hear a lot of rasist comments both to British and Foreigners all the time in everyday life and all over the internet and that really makes my angry. Does the UK make people racist or what and why can't we just accept it that we are a multi-ethnic country???

About 3 months ago, as a one off, I paid a bill over the phone with my debit card. I did not give the company any authority to go back to my bank account a few months later and take money out...but this is what exactly they did and it left my account overdrawn.
I found out today that two unauthorised payments have been taken out of my account as Debit card payment.

The bank says, it has nothing to do with them because i gave my account details to this company.

The company says the deductions were due to computer error, but they wont refund my money or pay the bank charges.

Where do i stand?

I was watching South Park's Cartoon Wars, where a cartoon wanted to show Muhammad's image. Can your government forbid any medium to do that? After all, it's not a top secret material, but it does risk national security. So, supposing the medium is stupid enough to air the cartoon, can the government interfere?
