If you think about it logically, their are very few racist people in the country, and many that come across racist. A true racist person, would not like anything or anyone that was outside of their own race. People come across as racist, just because they have something negative to say about another person, who may be of colour.
It actually makes me sick too, but only with true racism. I have comments to make about certain things in day to day life, but it doesn't make me a racist, I just don't like what is said, or done, or is going to be done etc etc. The government doesn't help the situation.
Yes, we are a multi-cultural society, but the UK is just getting silly now, with every ethnicity having their own interpretation of the law. The line needs to be drawn somewhere.
True racists are the likes of the KKK, Nazi's and so on, but people who are in the KKK, half of them don't even know what its all about, they are just playing follow my leader.
I really hate this subject, it gets me on my soap box, as it makes my blood boil.

I used to be proud of my country England but that was a long time ago. Men proudly fought for their country and many lost their lives whilst others suffered from recurring nightmares and unlike today's military, they were away from their families for six years and on return were given £80 and a suit for their trouble.
Foreigners have always been welcome here but unfortunately without proper controls of numbers we have allowed ourselves to be over run by such diverse nationalities that the indiginous population have become disposessed, witness the removal of the word English on government forms. Those of us who have worked and paid into systems for over 40 years are now among the poorest people in our own land.
Only foreigners are allowed to complain because if we raise any criticism we are immediately branded racist.
At my school foreign children out number English ones. Being born in England entitles people from other countries a British passport but they remain whatever the family nationality. This is a fact but will,of course, be labelled racist. We can't win. It is not right to deny these children's heritage they have a hard time fitting in when going back to the family country and equally have problems here. Only when we are all treated with equal respect will things change and that means that the 'when in Rome' addage should kick in.

Media fuelled fools following like sheep that which the US / UK government wants them to.
Racists are generally of low education and prospects, this makes them angry and its easy to target other colours and cultures as they generally won't fight back much due their fear it may be the view of most people. Also many come from countries where fighting back against any kind of oppresion puts you at risk of death.
Read Robert Winders Bloody Foreigners, it proves the benefits of immigration but does show also what immigrants have had to put up with for centuries. It's no different now with racism than it was when Flemish weavers migrated here hundreds of years ago, they got much the same and they were of the same race.

the main reason of it is because the uk is considerd as a royal country..this make the feeling of ego inside them and they consider countries in which black people are living as low..when britisher start to get racist with those people who are comming to their country from foreign the foreigners feel very bad and they also start getting racist with the britishers to take their revenge you can say...britishers cannot accept them selves as a multi-ethnic country because they still think that they are more devoloped than black people and the are more advanced than them and have more knowladge....thats the reason why there are so many racists in uk..

I live in England as well,
People have fought in 2 world wars to protect my rights.
One of those rights is free speech.
If I feel that I need to speak out about the cess pit that my country is becoming, due to the high number of benefit spongers, both home grown and imported, or the uncontrolled immigration of criminals, religious fanatics and disease ridden hoards, then I can.
Speaking out against the ruination of the country that I love does not make me a racist-it makes me a patriot.

I think that racial prejudice probably exists as a phenomenon in every country in the world. The difference is that we expect British people to be more enlightened in the 21st century, and so it disappoints us to find small-minded bigotry still lurking under the carpet. I'm afraid that Michael Howard stirred up a bit of a hornet's nest by making immigration such an issue in the last election. Though immigration and race are seperate issues, people who are a bit lacking in the brain department tend to get them mixed up, or even actively try to connect the two. The gutter press don't help in this respect either, capitalising on people's worst instincts in order to make sales. Here, the Daily Mail bemoans Britains 'Biggest Wave of Migrants in History':
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=396825&in_page_id=1770
So, we are taking in lots of migrant workers. Note that these are people being brought in to fill jobs, not asylum seekers. Jobs that Britain's own 1.5 million 'Neets' (Not in Education, Employment or Training) are unwilling to fill themselves. I recall reading a while back somewhere (can't find it right now) that employers these days have serious dificulty in finding home-grown workers to fill manual jobs.
Anyone who has had building work done on their house during the past ten years will tell you that you have to pay through the nose, and often have to wait months before they can start. There are not enough builders to go round and the few that are around can charge the earth. I think you'll find that there's nary a Daily Mail reading homeowner in the country who wouldn't start moaning if you start a conversation about the cost of getting a builder or a plumber in.
The Daily Mail don't like foreigners, but they do like their organic food, don't they? Especially, one imagines, if it is grown here at home on good, healthy english soil. But organic farming is more labour-intensive than conventional farming.
In fact, there is a shortage of willing agricultural labour in Britain. Which might just be why the government has opened the doors to foreign workers who don't moan about wanting more than £5.05 an hour to get their hands dirty.

Frankly, if the British economic pyramid is to be preserved in its present sort of shape over the coming decade, we will need to get used to a lot more of this:
http://216.128.17.82/display_page.asp?section=research&id=1084
Some argue that we don't need to maintain the pyramid, but instead invest in more labour saving technologies and improve our efficiency:
http://www.ft.com/cms/s/5810f1bc-f715-11da-a566-0000779e2340.html
I am all for this, but until we have some really good labour saving tech there will always be demand for people who farm things, build things, make things. Most technological innovation these days is focussed on reducing demands for white-collar labour, not farmers.
And can you imagine the horror that Daily Mail readers will experience at the prospect of eating organic food farmed by robots?

Try to get over this 'racist' thing.
No doubt like so many others since WW2 you are a victim of on going brainnwashing from the political left. This has left our country emasculated in the name of so called tolerance.
One day we will wake up and find that we English are fully second class in our own country.
Your sickening cry of racism is part of the process and you probably can't even realise it

I disagree with you. i imagine the whole international is racist and sexist. that's everywhere - we are faraway from equality. the variety is how nicely that's coated up, or if that's even pronounced in any respect. England isn't through a concepts the most racist us of a in the international.
