Why is that when people ask personal questions and for others opinions in Yahoo Q&A they can not handle the truth and report this to The big "Y"? Someone asked this morning why it was illeale for gays to marry and i gave my personal answer to their personal question and the reported me. I think they should consult their clergy or lawyer , or even their State constitution anyhow regarding such legal matter or do not come to Yahoo looking for someones personal opinion?:

I don't speak of it to her and hardly anyone but husband and best friend, everytime we pass her old school she says remember mom they made me leave my old school, could u please get my old booksack from there? (I left everything) The attorney goes to my church and at first her partner didnt want her to take the case b/c he couldnt see any money in it, but for me my daughter is never going to forget this, she asked me recently if i remember the girl from her old school who got her her only bad mark and made her leave school. I have never questioned my daughter again since the second day, the day she saw me at school waiting on the principal she looked pertrified(her last day) I think she needs help but I wonder if its going to make it worse but I am hoping that talking about it will make her gain her security and independence again. It hurts so bad to hear her say they made her leave, I told her it was not her fault. I need direction.

i left her in the school a week or so b/c the expelled the other girl who by the way told them she saw it at her old school. But when I started finding her wet panties with a puddle everywhere but the bathroom and her trashcan full of urine I went to school and told them, they incinuated it had nothing to do with it and the principal then told me she had no incident report and she didnt have to tell me anything that went on there. She didnt call child services but she did make me remove my daughter that day b/c she said that obviously I knew nothing about children, they are very curious, but they have a rule that the teacher or aide is supposed to take them to the bathrrom but she let them go alone and she said they were gone no more than 15 minutes. The bathroom is in a closed walkway between the gym and school. Nonetheless, my baby still wont go to the bathroom alone and holds til last second and is very clingy where she was independent. I have an attorney from church, ????????

My neighbors have been growing trees in their back yards without our consent and the city's approval. We have talked to Homeowners association and they said it is the issue among neighbors and therefore, they don't have the obligations to help. We have written a letter to our neighbors and they just ignored us and refused to talk to us. According to the law, they need our approval to grow trees in their yards. Their trees are so tall that they have block our view. Do you have similar experience and how do you deal with that?

The teacher called me at work to say my daughter was upset b/c she recieved a bad mark for playing in the bathroom. Later that evening my parents had picked her up and she kept crying saying it wasnt her fault so when I picked her up after work they told me she had been like this all afternoon, so I asked her why she was playing in the bathroom and she started crying, eventually she said "she kissed Me", I asked who and she started crying heavily again so finally she told me who and I asked where did she kiss you,(I HAVE CHILLS TYPING THIS)she said "where I tee-tee"
I got home, hubby took her inside while I called the teacher on my cell phone in the car, she said Oh, the aide did say she found them in the stall together not fully dressed. What, and she didnt think that was important enough to tell me earlier...........The following day the teacher and principal took her in the office and questioned her til she cried.........My daughter has had many problems including going to the br.

Hi, my friend is 19 and her father was paying her college tuition. He had said multiple times, with me there, (making an oral agreement) that he would cover all tuition costs as long as she kept going to school and kept her grades up. He now decides he does not want to spend that money. Can she do anything about this and take him to court or blackmail him with this information? According to California law, oral contracts are valid for four years, and proof is in previous payments made for tuition.

Please help!

After doing some research, I understand and respect some of the reasons why people hunt animals like deer, pheasants, moose, elk, rabbit etc. But what I can't understand is how people shoot the beautiful wolves in Alaska and other places. Isn't that causing wolves to become more threatened than they already are? And how they do it with a helicopter is unfair to the wolf, it has no chance. I'll appreciate some opinions.

CNN Lou Dobbs warns: "As of right now, there is little assurance your vote will count. As we've been reporting almost nightly on my broadcast for more than a year, electronic voting machines are placing our democracy at risk. 15 states have no mandate to protect your vote. Others have had many errors in the system, such as Bush receiving 3000 votes where there were six voters, and fraud not detected until after election.

Across the nation, eight out of every 10 voters will be casting their ballots this November on new electronic voting machines that were foisted on the nation under a new Law by Neocons (who own the machines). And these machines time and again have been proven vulnerable to tampering and error, and many with no voter-verified paper trail. There are four main manufacturers of electronic voting systems, none of which has been demonstrated to be more secure than the others, Dobbs asserts. Do you care?

About ten years ago I was falsely accused of a very serious crime and was jailed awaiting trial. I had nothing whatsoever to do with the crime, it was total news to me, but I was in a position where I had to prove myself innocent. Fortunately for me, the case was "reluctantly" dismissed before it went to trial. I can tell you the entire experience was a nightmare, far worse than anything I could ever imagine.

While I was in jail my only hope was that the truth would set me free. But a few weeks into my nightmare I learned that the police "discovered" something that was just not possible. It was a bold face lie.

I was told by my public defender I must be mistaken because the police are to "professional" to plant evidence. Since no one really believed me I just pretty much just let the matter drop, happy I was out of jail.

I know it is old news, but still unresolved for me. Others may be wrongly found guilty because I did not speak up. What should I do?

I live in Tennessee. My father-in-law has lived in a duplex for a year and a half. The other side was empty until recently when an old drunk moved in. He started complaining about my father-in-law's dog barking, which none of the other neighbors ever do. My fater-in-law went around to all the other neighbors to make sure that this wasn't a problem with anyone else that he wasn't aware of. All the othe neighbors love his dog and said they feel safe becase they have had less thefts in the alleyway since he got his dog. The old drunk came over cussing about the dog and screaming and saying he was going to kill it in front of my children. Can he legally kill my dog, can we get in trouble for the dog barking, and can anything be done to him legally for his behavior? The dog is not mean and doesn't growl. He has bnever hurt anyone. He doesn't even look mean. He is just a very happy playful loving dog.

My gf and I (both consenting adults) are going on a vacation soon. For some reason, her father will not allow her to go. He says that if she does he will cut off college tuition payments (even though he had verbally agreed to pay her tuition costs). Is it allowed, because he has made previous payments in the past to blackmail her like this just because he does not want his daughter to go on vacation? Please help!
