i left her in the school a week or so b/c the expelled the other girl who by the way told them she saw it at her old school. But when I started finding her wet panties with a puddle everywhere but the bathroom and her trashcan full of urine I went to school and told them, they incinuated it had nothing to do with it and the principal then told me she had no incident report and she didnt have to tell me anything that went on there. She didnt call child services but she did make me remove my daughter that day b/c she said that obviously I knew nothing about children, they are very curious, but they have a rule that the teacher or aide is supposed to take them to the bathrrom but she let them go alone and she said they were gone no more than 15 minutes. The bathroom is in a closed walkway between the gym and school. Nonetheless, my baby still wont go to the bathroom alone and holds til last second and is very clingy where she was independent. I have an attorney from church, ????????

Talk to your lawyer and call child services. This school needs to have a little fire lit under them so they get their crap together. That isn't right that your daughter has to deal with that type of thing at school and now it's affecting her at home too.

I hope the attorney is good. First, how dare they tell you that you know nothing about children and act the way they have been as if you are bothering them! I am both a mother and a teacher and I taught for quite a while in the inner city and we still would never have even dared talk to a parent like that. Additionally, I don't care if they left the one child alone for a minute or many alone for 15 minutes. They are NEVER allowed to leave ANY CHILDREN ALONE--E V E R!!!!! Sure, I've taken the chance myself, but, thank God, nothing ever happened. The teacher, is responsible and the principal is responsible for her! If the Church provides counseling, you need to get her some quickly. You also should have her examined physically by a doctor. I would call child protective services if for no other reason than the way they treated you. You'd think they'd try to cover it up but maybe they are trying to bully you into going away. It sounds like you may at least get some kind of settlement and there may be criminal charges involved as well. My best to you and your daughter!

Do contact the atty. and act on their advice. Hopefully, this school is not connected to your church. If so, contact another one. YOU could be punished for not reporting a crime to a child immediately.Get your child some help quickly but keep in mind that most professionals are REQIRED to report any kind of abuse.

I wouldn't keep bringing it back up shed prolly be traumatized.

I'd put a diaper on her and let her piss herself until she was willing to go alone (regression). (restart potty training i.e. take her into the washroom.. then leave at increasing rates of speed)

If she does go to the washroom alone then give her a treat afterwards, something high that stimulates or contains something like dopamine might be good (fruit, sugar, chocolate etc.. addictive stuff)

I would try to keep the situation private as posible and act for "prevention" due to the young impressionable children.

If you think the school or any other school is involved lay an information to a JP or Judge, contact the police if you have reasonable cause to beleive children are being exploited sexually at the school.
