There are no statutes that govern a religion which are set down
by the Government. A religion is made up of people who have
common spiritual belief and wish to participate in unison. We
have seen many examples such as Manson etc. who managed
to gather flocks of people into evil thoughts, but this was never
recognised as a legitimate belief by the State. A religion must
be recognised by the state but not set up by the state. The reason:
religions are tax free and have other state benefits. We are only
mentioning our side (Western) since in the middle East, Pakistan,
India. Malaysia etc. some, I repeat some, countries, the equivalent
of a High Priest may have over ruling powers where the State must
bow to his orders. Evangelists in the USA have set up both good
and bad examples of what we are discussing, but this is not for us
to judge, leave it up to them.

The government does not recognize religion as such. To get an IRS tax exemption you need to; 1) Have regular devotional services 2) have a body of belief that can be reduced to writing.
Look at the Unviversal Life Church. It has a tax exemption, will ordain anyone ( as a teenager i got my dog ordained) and its body of belief is one sentence long.

All religions and nonreligions (aetheism, case in point, or being an agnostic) are usual in the US, yet there should be a separation between state (government) and faith as positioned forth in the form and upheld for greater desirable than one hundred years now. The U.S. government is unlawful from having a longtime faith, and that i say "amen" to that! in case you decide directly to have your very own faith, do exactly it...initiate putting out and doing regardless of it is you do see you later as no regulations are broken. you have rights as long as those rights do no longer intervene with the rights of others (rational moderation).

Think you've got it wrong its people who recognise a religon and practice it. The government will just use it and work with it to gain controll.
Religions a bad thing anyway, causes so much prejudice, hatred and waring power struggles.

The government should never recognize any particular religion. That's what starts most wars.

Church and State must be seperated. That is the law of our land. I do not agree with it. Churches are considered to be non profit organizations. You need to be 501 c-3 certified.

Sufficient documentation. You could be the only person, it could make no sense. As long as you fill out all the paperwork, it'll be added to the country's list of faiths.
