Is the world sustainable with so many people out of such poor nations? Do you feel guilty that we in the West have so much more than these people? Are they inferior because of their size? With China and India's population over 2.3 billion people and their rapid industrialization the West is going to have to give up to our standard of living in this more compact world. This is seen as Asians move towards Amercia and Europe because they are too crowded. Also, our rising fuel prices are due to their rising demand for fuel. Do we need so many people to satisfy our demand for cheap labor and even that will soon end as they become richer and demand higher wages. Unless the US acts now will China take over the role as the world leader (economically and politically)?

My son was 14yrs old, three years ago and charged with possion of marijauna of less than 20 grams. The state of Florida extradited him back from his home in Virginia for absconding from probation. This is just crazy, he is now sentenced to a level 6 program in Florida. 6 to 12 months for a joint. How does this make him a better citizen? Who can we get to help us fight this?

I posted a question about a week ago asking how to I begin to sue the state of NC for violating my constitutional rights and possibly defamation of character. The responses were you don't have a chance and get a life etc.

I noticed that those that responded negatively were caucasian. No disrepect but you foks don't have a clue as to the mistreatment of African Americans in this state. NC and VA are way behind in time as far as equal rights for all. Discrimination has run amuck in this place and unfortunately the African American who were born and raised here have accepted the mistreatment and their repsonse is "oh well, thats just the way it is.

Well I don't think so, If by sueing the state all I get is recognition, I will be happy. I want to voice my opinion, I want my opinion to be heard. I want those in the state of NC weather black or white, who has been subjected to the ridiculous judicial system, police, sheriff, courts, etal, in NC, to join me. Class Action perhaps.

the officer pulled me over and issued me a warning for the lane usage, I have a witness that will confirm that I did not commit this offense. I was in the middle of a traffic jam. I was then issued a ticket for dwls, a 500 dollar fine and a misdemeanor, of which, I was unaware. Is this a violation of the 4th amendment as the officer had no reason to suspect my vehicle? The vehicle I was driving was registered to my passenger.

My girlfriend and I are currently 17 and she is pregnant. I turn 18 on Friday but she does not until late April. I had read somewhere that after she has the child she will be considered an emancipated minor but the source wasn't too reliable and didn't provide too much information on it. The baby is due for December 19th. Does anyone know the facts about this? We reside in New Hampshire, USA. Thank to anybody who can help shed some light on this.
