I live in the state of California, my neighboors have the habit of having a party every weekend. At first I was okay with it, but it's gotten a little out of hand. They always play there music soo loud, that I cant even hear my own T.V. I've called the police plenty of times and they seem to do nothing about it. Is there a law or something I can do for them to keep it down or minimized they special events? (other than me shooting there speakers). Can I sue them??

P.S. I've tried going over and telling them to keep it down (they dont care)

There is a store by the school and they don't let any "teenagers" in, is this discrimination (in Canada)? I understand that some teenagers may cause trouble, but it isent fair to asume anyone under a certain age is trouble causing. What action should a take against them?

I personally think this person had a stick up their butt but heres the story...

I bought a ticket to see Wedding Crashers when it came out. One of my friends(who was 18) was running late so she asked me to buy the ticket for her to save time when she finally got there. So I try to buy another ticket when the guy who sold me the first ticket told me he wont sell me another one because its rated r and i might sell it to people under 17. Now I COMPLETELY understand and I figured this is a rule they must follow. Except I happen to know the guy in front of me and his girlfriend was like 16 and wasnt old enough to buy a ticket so he purchased two from the same guy who just told me I couldnt buy two. If I figured this out earlier instead of a day later I would have definitely complained to the manager. Dont you hate when you realize something until its too late?

Anyways its still bugs me and I want to know for future reference.

data? Is this insider trading? They have no prior connection to any company or stocks, in fact it was the person who was dialed the wrong # that was trying to inside trade, so is the new person liable for any charges if he uses this data?

My husbands stereo headset often picks up a phone conversation from anyone nearby that has a cordless phone. He can hear it quite clearly over his music. They dont know he is able to hear them and we cant tell who the people are exactly that are talking but do know its nearby. He is also able to hear my conversations when I am on our portable phone. Is this a crime?

Serious answers only please.

My cousin has been working for this guy,, collecting rent for some appartments. He would collect the cash, and then deposit into his accout for him. Sometimes though if the boss was in town, he would hand it to him instead.
This guy then hired an accountant/assistant who then saw that the deposit reciepts did not add up to the amount that it should have, so now he is sueing him for atleast 1k euro (Irish court) i honestly think they have no chance, because of bad bookkeeping and the fact that my cousin was 15 whhen he started (now17) but they think thry have a chance. Im no expert so could you shed some light on this? I know he didnt steal. Who would be stupid enough to steal over 1k from a buisnessman? (oh yeah the boss guyis a total freak, has millions, but drives a 10year old car and never changes clothes.
Please help aas he is really stressing over it. I would freak out if someone threatened me like that.

Some time ago, I was arrested for being in possession of an uncontrolled substance. I am not ashamed to expose the details due to so many students go thru the very same problem when juggling school & work. Anyways, I was advised to undergo a drug diversion program and present proof of enrollment in front of the judge. However, when it came time to show proof. The judge called my name and without warning had the balief shackle me and detained. Although, I was unable to make the call to alert my supervisor that I had gotten arrested at court, my immediate family, had alerted my supervisor of the chain of events that occurred on that day. I was not freed til 4 days later and was not let go til Friday, the end of that week. Since then, I have made several attempts to contact my supervisor with no avail. Would that mean that not only did I get incarcerated but fired all in that same week? Please advise.....(biting my nails all the way thru my knuckles).

You are just renting it from your government. When you buy a home you are buying the rights to pay rent to the government in the form of property taxes. If you don't pay the rent (taxes) they rip the land away from you even if you paid a million dollars for the home.

This is utter bs. If you buy land it should be yours. Not some way to tax people to death.

They grow into my driveway area and sometimes scratch my car, and my neighbors have been over to my house and told me that if I trim (well i kinda butchered them, but had to in order to get them back on their side), then I would have problems.....like a threat. So can I get into trouble or should I trim them anyways?

Why do thousands of people everyday speak for animals because animals cannot speak for themselves, but when it comes to humans not a word is said? When hundreds of babies who can't speak are murdered because of the inconvience they present it's okay. Is it because we haven't met them they aren't alive. Or maybe because they can't talk. And how come when we pronouce someone dead its because there heart has stopped beating but a infants heart starts beating at around one month but they aren't "alive". Why is it that murder is illegal but abortion is legal? Check out this site WWW.BUBBLESWEB.ZOOMSHARE.COM and go to debates so i can answer your debate!
