data? Is this insider trading? They have no prior connection to any company or stocks, in fact it was the person who was dialed the wrong # that was trying to inside trade, so is the new person liable for any charges if he uses this data?

it's just spam. Ignore it.

Technically, it may be insider trading. More likely it was no accident. Some one trying to sell the stock deliberately sent the data to the 'wrong' phone.
