We got divoced over 6 years ago and I know that he has gotten a raise. But ofcourse he won't tell me.

You can't. To do this you have to know how to hack into his employers payroll records.

You can't, unless he is a government employee where the job pay is public record. But pay in the private sector is not public knowledge.

You can if you have a legal reason to know, file a motion of discovery though the court where you plan futher legal action.

You would have to go back to court to have your attorney request discovery of his current pay to renegotiate the child support.

Alimony usually isn't raised just because someone is making more money. You get what you were awarded based on what they were making at the time of the divorce.
