I am 28 years old and I know a 16 year old girl who keeps talking about running away, I have advised her that if she came to me I would have to call the local sheriffs department as soon as she arrived here. I know that there is severe mental abuse in the home and I have already seen DFS go into the home and pretty much allow her parents to call her a sl*t and other awful things. She was put on birth control because of heavy constant periods and she was called names for that. She was put on zoloft for depression and they fight her about filling it saying the doctor is stupid and she doesnt need it. They allow physical and mental abuse from the brother that is a year older and allow the other 2 brothers to dicipline her. They take the siblings word over hers and always have. Can anything be done for her????

my husband has a court order for child support & they are taking the payments out of his check for his 6yo son. the ex wife only had him for 2 yrs since then her mother has been taking care of him. about a year after the divorse they finally had the payments changed into her mothers name, this was done threw the court. several times the g-ma filed for guardianship but never followed threw until recently & now she has guardianship of their son & even wrote in her petition that "the mother didn't have time in her new life for her son". the court knew the g-ma was taking care of the child all those years & the mother still didn't have to pay child support was it because she still had custody? even after the g-ma was granted guardianship she still doesn't have to pay. can anyone tell me why? it doesn't seen fair the ex wife can push her child off on her mother with out having to pay child support too. BTW she has also done this with her older son who is 12yo that the g-ma is taking care of

I wish Tony Blair would read some of the questions and answers about immigration and muslims just to let him see just how fed up we all are of all this PC anti racist poppycock. I would have no hesitation in telling him exactly how I feel about this, what about you?

Every crime has, on some level, violated someones rights. Yet we coddle these criminals with special meals, cable tv, and supply " 3 hots & a cot " and countless other benefits. Most of which their victims don't even have. However, we can't make them do anything like maintain highways, paint / repair govt. buildings etc. Oh No ! That would be " violating their rights ". It seems simple enough to me, drive drunk, you lose the right to drive, if you commit a crime and violate the rights of others..YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS ! ! But it doesn't work that way. Can anybody explain this one to me?

My childs father gets paid under the table for most his check. We went to court a couple months ago and I was given a small amount. I didnt argue it but now I have to go BACK to court w/ him because he wants a modification on that amount! What?!! And the real PROBLEM is he put on his expense declaration sheet proof he pays $3000 in bills, his apartment and brand new car payment, yet supposedly only makes $1000!!!! Figure it out!!! Do you think the judge will catch what hes doing? He has not even seen our child in 4 years either.
