I agree totally! The problem with 'Tone' is that he says 'He's listening' and then does the complete opposite of what is being asked. The same could be said for his reading...........Although he would probably need someone to read it to him... so they can leave bits out and put a 'spin' on it so he could then make the judgement that we all LOVE immigrants and the more the merrier!! You see the truth is that He doesn't give a toss about the British public (Why do you think he spends so much time abroad and dealing with 'foreign policy')? He and his greedy wife are to interested in doing things for their own gain.

I agree that politicians should listen more to the public's views and I think Tony Blair lost touch with British people a long time ago. But I'm not sure I agree with your point that we are 'fed up' with 'anti-racist poppycock'. I for one am not racist or xenophobic, and am open minded enough to realise that extremists (from any faith) are a small minority.
As for immigration, I can't speak for anywhere else in the UK but I can't say I've noticed much difference where I live and have never, to my knowledge, met a Polish person. Maybe they just don't like this city?
However, when I ran my previous business, I constantly struggled to employ any British people (a couple of Brits I interviewed even admitted they only turned up so they didn't lose their Job Seekers Allowance!) and I relied heavily on Australian, South African and American workers - my business would've struggled, if not failed, without foreign workers so it would be rather harsh of me to criticise other immigrants, who just want to earn a living.

I have repeatedly stated exactly the same as you said and I think Mr Blair doesn't know how to curb all these people pouring into this country bursting at the seams,.He is over ridden by PC , well I dont know either how we get out of this except to say lets shove EU , and get this country back to how it used to be,on our own we can still deal outside EU Get all these spongers out they have no right to be here unless they are claiming sanctity and proof , the social payments to these people must be astronomical and revenue has to be brought in to build resources and its us who are supplying the funds. N.O.T.W pages 26/27 have an invitation from Mr Reid Home Sec to write to him and I have just taken up his invite with an email I suggest you might do the same and everyone else who feels strongly about the state of our country its slipping fast to a point of no return~~~john.reid@notw.co.uk~~~~his address if you feel like it

Forget Tony, he doesnt care, he's retiring soon. It's Gordon you have to talk to. Then hopefully there will be a politician with balls and backbone, though I doubt they will be part of New Labour. The Tories would have been in with the best chance, but their leader has to get his act together, and all the tory mp's, politicians have to get real and be more approachable and on the ball with all the corruption that goes on within their own civil service and offshoots and courts workers. No wonder the east thinks the west is corrupt, it is. As far as I'm concerned it's the people at the top who have to be blamed for it, especially when they arent changing anything and allowing the corruption.

The sudden influx of foreigners shows he doesn't care. you cant go into a shop or whatever with out seeing polish staff who barely speak English. they say they re doing the jobs we don't want. i know plenty of people who do. our unemployment problems are rising. tony Blair just doesn't care anymore.
