some sites just have a button that says if you are over 18 "enter" or "do not enter"
these are the sites i mean. Do the people of those sites get into trouble, even if they have the disclaimer? Can the child who falsified thier age (by saying they are over 18) get into any type of legal trouble?

The answer is No...Adult only sites have the 18 and over requirement to protect themselves from liability and criminal charges...however, you can get the adults in trouble.
In most states, children under 18 do not possess the right to consent to sexual activities with persons over 18 and vica versa. Therefore, if the adult site contains a chat area and a consenting adult ultimately meets with what they believe to be a consenting adult and they have sex, but one turns out to be under age, the consenting adult can be brought up on charges -statutory rape, rape, pandering, etc.
I don't know how young the person being referred to in this question really is, but be careful. Adult only sites are listed as such because some of the content can be really detrimental to a young mind. I understand curiosity, and truthfully, the difference between a 17 yo and 18yo is not that great, but the difference between a 13yo and an 18yo is tremendous.

You will need to talk to a lawyer to be totally clear on Internet vs local law. I doubt if the disclaimer is sufficient protection for the site provider if they have not made further requests for proof of age, for example.
Take a look at what others are doing in this area.

you should be Wiccan. yet you won't be able to practice or connect a collection with out your ascertain's consent below the age of 18. no longer to point, maximum folk received't take you heavily. Sorry, even with the indisputable fact that it truly is authentic. it truly is "cool" for toddlers to be Wiccan, so as that they study Silver's books, in no way study some thing about genuine Wicca, call themselves Wiccan and then they change into bored and discover some thing else to be hip with. This does a disservice to severe youthful Wiccans, even with the indisputable fact that it truly is in additional than a number of case precise, so the stereotype continues to be. once you're severe, save interpreting and do not supply up.

stop looking at porn....
i guess you could get in trouble but even if cops found out all they would do is tell your parents or something..... but honestly, they only have those warnings so a parent cant sue for their child going there.... no cop or FBI agent gives a crap about it. even if they did, it would harder than its worth to try to catch someone. theres no problem, dont worry. just dont let your parents catch you looking at porn
