Well as long as it comes to a company, you must ber very specific. This means proctecting the Company at all legal costs. You must address Corporate piracy, company secrets, Company e-mails, internet access etc. In todays professional work force, there is always going to be a disgruntled or unhappy employee. Also address web blogs. There has already been several instances about people being fired for disparaging commens made on a web blog, even though it was freedom of speech it was done from a company computer which is accessbile by the company that traces all IP address and can get the info. Make it very specific and let theose know it will not be tolerated if that is what the company wants. I hope this helps
