I completely agree with you.
The way people are treated in this country (uk) at most home Airports is disgusting and it is getting worse.
You are treated like cattle and once you have paid for your fare you are just a number,yet when you go to book your ticket they are as nice as pie to you.
I am afraid that this is the way all Customer Services are going in this country and something should be done otherwise some of these Companies will go bust, and the sooner the better I say.

Find out who his superiors are and send a letter. The one directly above, and the next one up. Also send a copy to the Mayor of the city where the airport is, and any other officials that you can come up with who may have authority over him (or her).
Have someone help you wording the letter to make sure it is well written in English, or the common language used at that airport.

Having worked at airports all over the world I think most of these people consider themselves to be God's gift,in reality most of them are ignorant,arrogant tin pot dictators. Perhaps the airport authority train them that way.
