I spoke to the majistrate, I can file for a court ordered eviction, it will cost me $150 but after it is ordered she has to be out in 10 days. What happens if she stays after that?

If you win an eviction action and a judge court orders her out by a certain date, then if she doesn't clear out by then the sheriff comes out and changes the locks.
