the oil in my brothers car? He wants to be a mechanic but he is so uncoordinated with tools its just funny to watch.

Do you get some kind of kicks out of ppl's first impression of you being a voyeur of children or a pedophile.You know how you are wording your questions and you continue to ask stupid questions.You are such a nasty dork.Oh and by the way why would there be legal concerns.I'm sure you probably do have legal concerns in your life or mental concerns.If not you need to seek help.Then some "clever" person will say do you not know how to read the question..............Grow up, Wise up, and shut up!!!

As long as you don't try to sell that video, I think you'd be okay. If you try to sell it though, I think he'll sue for the earnings so he can buy his own car, tools, and garage to work in private in the future.

No, not unless you try to sell it. Tape him doing it, encourage him to become a mechanic, then when he gets a job somewhere, sell the tape to his work :)

as long as you only use it for private use, and you dont film anything premiscuous(sp) then yeah, it should be fine.. or if you have permission from his parents
