My 19 year old son went to the Doctor for a cough. he was diagnosed with Bronchitis. given Steriods, an inhaler, and antibiotics side effects to the antibiotics are abdomanal pain, nausea, and diareaha. he went to the emergency 2 days later with those same symptoms. he was diagnosed with a bladder infection after a cat scan. he was given a cathiter and kept over night. they gave him morphine for pain (pain level was a 5 on a scale from 0 to 10). he had 2 hits of morphine in 20 min. he had an allergic reaction. so they gave a drug called Narcan to counter the Morphine (2 doses of Narcan in 20 min.) his heart rate jumped to 200 and over. so they gave him a drug to slow his heart rate. it slowed to 45. He died of an enlarged heart. from the first dose of Morphine til his death was 6 hours. What should I do?

My ex is planning to move to sinapore or a foreign coutry to avoid payment. He and I planned this baby but the shock of the pregnancy and impending marriage made him run. He says because Im self employed and earn a good living I can manage, however I have to buy a new house to accomodate and be back at work a week after childbirth to pay for the house etc. I want to claim what I am entitled to he earns a very good living and stay in a family sized house and this is his first child. What will he do to avoid payment and what can I do to ensure he pays, I am intending on employing a lawyer but any advice in the meanwhile.

This guy at my college said that he needed me to pose nude for him for a photo assignment in his art class. I said ok, but only if I could get the negatives. He took some pretty graphic angles, but when I got the negatives they were for a farm house or something. Can I sue him? He is not a professional just a fast talking junior.

If the federal government writes a law which is unconstitutional, and someone does something unconstitutional which follows that law, is it their responsibility or strictly that of the government? Do people have to follow an unconstitutional law?

If a law gives the people a certain power (specifically power to patent an idea) but fails to make a provision preventing people from using this power in an unconstitutional manner, would people be responsible for this abuse of power, or is the law itself unconstitutional? Whose is the fault, the law which fails to uphold constitutional law, or the person/business which takes advantage of it? Or both?

The specific example is oil companies holding copyrights to alternative energy technology, but keeping it on the shelf and not allowing their use or development, even though the Constitution specifically allows the Congress to make laws providing patents/copyrights to promote the progress of useful arts and sciences.

well as i said i left my abusive husband of 16 years who didn't never want me to be anything and accomplish none thing. well he told my friend that i been living with every since i been back from houston that he was going do to protective service and he is going to tell them that i been beatin my children ok if that was the case why didn't he do nonething about it ?but now that i left him he wants to now say something about it ! We are losing common sense? Lawsuits for common sense mistakes on the Person sueing? Jailing kids for having sex (Like we didn't, or try at their age)?

In our local paper, we have 3 pages with sex offenders on it, and 2 and a half are 18yr olds that had 17yr old Girlfriends and mad parents.

is under 18 nudity considered porn or art? reason is i saw this older movie called malocendenza and it has 2 girls in it about 13-14, that are topless in about 25% of the movie.
also to think back there was underage nudity in the movie "blue lagoon".
just curious because i bought the movie while vacationing in germany and didnt know of its contents, is it illegal to posess?

I have some of the Answears, some may remember me from many moons ago.I am not asking the public to judge me, for the crimes i have been to jail for and Paid in full. The Issue here is, How The goverment did what it did. how the Handled me. How the Refuss even to come half way and talk to me. Even if there is a rule saying you can't have something, can they legally take it and not give it back? What happens if there is no rule, and like the teacher just dosent want you to have something?

In Feb. 2005 I was attacked by a very violent man that tried to rape and kill me. I fought him off, and he got neither, though he did injure me when he beat me up. Not to mention the lasting emotional scars. My question is: why won't any lawyers take my case? (He was prosecuted and plead guilty to a sex crime). Does anyone know of any lawyers that would take the case?

My husband works for a prestige car dealership, he was towing a huge show unit that was too heavy to be safely pulled by the vehicle (he didn't know this). The weight of it tipped forwards causing the wheels of the car to leave the road..the car and the unit were rolled several times off the road. He was then off sick with broken ribs, bruises etc for 2 weeks. He had already had a week off on holiday this month so that meant he was out of the office 3 weeks out of 4.
He has just gone back to find out that he was paid stat sick pay of £16 a day..all his deals had been paid to his colleagues who had delivered the cars he sold.Because he didn't hit target (he wasn't there most the month) he has been told unless he reaches an impossible target he will be sacked!!!
He has also been told that his watch that was smashed isn't insured on the works policy!!!
Basically he hasn't been given a penny and they have taken his wages off him.
Where does he stand legally???

How is not granting a prisoner or someone(who may be unlawfully detained) the right to a trial, in the public best interest ?

same with a kitten, same with rabbits, could you kill live mice, rats and other small creatures by putting them in a deep freeze for snake feed! thats what one pet shop owner has been accused off in my area! this person was in court recently and literally got off scot free due to stupid stupid red tape personnel!! How can people who do evil things beyond belief sleep at night. From their stance these were sick animals that needed disposing off to make way for the healthy ones to sell for profit. There was even a headline in our local paper of suspected shootings at a farm connected to this case! For the animals its like living in a medieval society, where is the justice?
