is under 18 nudity considered porn or art? reason is i saw this older movie called malocendenza and it has 2 girls in it about 13-14, that are topless in about 25% of the movie.
also to think back there was underage nudity in the movie "blue lagoon".
just curious because i bought the movie while vacationing in germany and didnt know of its contents, is it illegal to posess?

Nudity means not having clothes. It says nothing about the context. A medical exam involves nudity. They usually don't involve porn.

Pornography is sexually explicit material, whether it involves nudity or not.

Child pornography is illegal in the US, including mere possession.

Nudity is perfectly legal. Look at all the nudism films available. It is any sexual content that is illegal. Where is the camera aimed, etc.

what may be legal in one country is not in another in the us it is illegal to own, were a country of tight ***'s when it comes to nudity we look at as sex, when alot of the time it just fits the movie
