First of all, NEVER put the children in the middle of the battle. It was a monumentally BAD decision to send the boys back across the parking lot to tell their father, you wanted us, you got us. I know it is difficult to be the only adult in the situation, when your hubby is acting like an a**, but in the long run, you will win. He cannot harm you if you don't give him ANY ammunition. Seek legal assistance and do NOTHING without their guidance. Good luck.

Be clear about the facts of the situation, be cooperative and try not to get caught up in playing the same game out of anger. I expect the truth of the matter will come out in time, he is then likely to look a totaly twit. Having said that, legal advice could not hurt, just in case, you want to protect yourself and your children.

The truth will come out, that you do not have to worry about.
What you need to worry about is how you BOTH are putting the kids in the middle of this...

Maybe letting a relative watch them till you to deal with this is best...

In divorce, it is not about Him and Her if kids are involved, it is about them.....
