As I have gotten a few answers before, here is a more depth situation...... What are the procedures for extradition from Ohio going back to Texas on a warrant? This is njot fleeing police. It was not know of the arrest warrant. Someone I know just got arrested last Wed. and never had a court appearance yet. Noone knows anythig. All cops have a differnt version, but nothing is being done right now. Does anyone know the time frame for extradition of a inmate? I know there is so much time for the police to come and get him. This is such a bogous charge. Nothing makes sense anymore. So it has been a week and still no court appearance. Sorry to get so personal, but I need some concrete evidence on these procedures.

There is this collection agency that has been contacting my house regarding a debt i am disputing with ballys. The collector told my mother i was served to appear in court and missed the court date. She was harrassing her saying that maybe i will pay if i was sent to jail. I never received any documents or visited by anyone how do i know if this is true? I asked the collector for information who when and how was i served. She said she didnt want to waste her time she said we both knew i was served. Is there anyway to verify if i indeed have been served? I need help thanks in advance

my professor said that the working class are more liberal in economics and conservative in moral issues, while the upper middle class are more liberal in moral issues and conservative in economic issues. My sister is 15 and her boyfriend is 19... would it be right of me to report this? I never agreed with this relationship, and they're having sex which is considered statutory... At the same time I don't want to start problems... but her last boyfriend was 17 when she was 14, and I know they had sex and I want her to understand what she is doing is wrong. Her mother (we're half siblings) doesn't care, our father doesn't do anything...

I know that I have no right to interfere but what would you do in this situation when she's not going to listen to anyone. She acts like she's an adult and talks about sex like it's nothing.

I'm honestly not doing this for revenge or anything I just want to know what you would do in this situation...

To keep the story short, the driver got a speeding ticket and I was a passenger in the car. We both believe that the officer was exaggerating on the speed of what he clocked us at. Now, the driver is planning on fighting it in court but I won't be able to appear. The driver wants me to write a statement saying that he was not going the speed that the officer wrote on the ticket. He wants that notarized and sent to him. The thing is that I don't know about how to go about writing this statement. I was wondering if there were templates or something like that out there that I can use so that it looks all professional and all. Thanks for your help!

ok i got a fine and lost my licenes for 60 for speeding with a permit to drive to work....so i was going to a job that i applyed for. after talking they called me and said they would hire me.....so on the way i got pulled over and cop seen the permit and asked where i was going and i told him to the job as they wanted to meet me and show me around.....then the cop asked do i have a cell that he was going to call them.so i dialed the number and the cop took my phone back to his car and came back and said i was ok bye.....so then when i got to the place the guy told me that he had to deal with cops before i even started and for me to leave and not come back.....so i lost my very good job i have been trying to get just because the cop had to call him
(is that right for a cop to do that)

My father died August 9, 2006, as of today September 4, 2006 , my mother has still not received his death certificates. Funeral home said one time they sent to wrong address(a P.O. box #) and it came back no deliverable. My mom can't get any of my dad's retirement, military, or insurance policy money until she has death certificates. If anyone can help please let me know.

I was talking to a friend about a lawsuit that was filed against me earlier this year. I was served only a week and a half prior to the court date and she told me that they are required to serve me a month before the court date. I wasn't able to make the court date on such short notice due to work and judgement was found against me. Is there a chance I can appeal this judgement since proper procedure wasn't followed. Was my friend right?

I think murders should be executed upon conviction, rapist gang raped and killed, child molestors the same, and robbers shot dead. I don't believe in probation. Most of the crimes in my city are being committed by repeat offenders out on 'probation"/ I think white color criminals should spend time in prison but the punishment should not be as harsh because their crimes are not violent.
