If a person is in jail for violation of probation and the bail bonds drops bond for a different deal what happ

That person is stuck in jail. If the VOP has no bond and the other bond was dropped, that person is not going anywhere.

Perhaps the time has come to find an attorney who could reinstate bond for both cases.

if you dont find another bail bondsman, you wont get out until your court date unless you can find someone to secure your bond in cash because without a bondsman, there is no one to guarantee that you will show up for court.
