They have breathalizers for alcohol now and the only ones using them are traffic cops. That you are suggesting business owners become members of the police state doesn't say much for your respect of others does it. Oh, by the way, have you paid your dues to the Big Brother Association yet? I heard they are threatening to just take that thousand bucks off your tax return, so you had better get down there right away.

Yes it is coming. It will not bother me. Now the real problem for you and the first two to answer your question is when they give IQ or intelligence test to be allowed to live. That is also coming. It won't bother me. All three of you better head for the boarder.

It would not be as fair as a test for drinking. Smoking doesn't impair your judgment. I don't like smoking, either, but your assumptions are wrong.
