Anyone hitting someone else is abuse, think about it this way what would the answer be if YOU hit HER. Not only that but it's not like you can smack her back without there being dyer consequences right? It's wrong for her to hit you, no matter what you did.

I would say no. If it is continuous and repetitive, then yes it would be abuse. And what did you do to irritate her so much to slap you? If she continues to do it, tell her to stop slapping you.
