Who decides if I get any money from my dads estate, the Administrator of my fathers estate?

My father passed away in March, he left a will but it was unsigned, so the lawyers that my aunt and uncle hired assigned someone as administrator of my fathers estate( it ended up being them, my aunt and uncle) I signed for this, but I didnt realize untill i did it this question...

Are my aunt and uncle going to be the one's to decide who gets the money or not, or is it the law that the money is given to me, my sister and my brother equally?

They have bassically kept me clueless about what's going on since they are on the other side of the family, and I think my aunt, uncle, brother and sister might be trying to ot give me my share.

It was observed that the Jews went to their death submissively and why was it they didn't react? Could this sort of submission be possible again? Granted, at first they didn't suspect anything, but wouldn't word get back via underground sources and if it did, why didn't they react? Why did the world let it go on as long as it did? And while we're on it, why did it take so long for the Berlin Wall to come down?

My grandmother fell while working at Wal-mart.. she couldn't get up and the manager made her leave the premises w/o taking any report of the incident. Well the manger had to wheel her out to the car she was unable to walk...they didn't ask her if she needed a ambulance. So she had to go to ER. There they diagnosed her as only having a deep bruise....4 days later in very bad pain I needed to rush her to another ER..finding out she had a fractured pelvis in two places... Is anybody legally responsible for any neglagence... the hospital for not finding the injury at first.. Walmrt for sending her home without seeking medical attention for her??? Any help will be appriciated.

Someone please help me. My grandfather's sister recently passed away...He was named beneficiary on the will as well as his other sister. However, she had since passed on. He was under the impression that he was the sole heir to the estate. However, a niece of the deceased other sister (not of the one who died and left the will to my grandfather) has since came forward and contested the will....the lawyer is saying she is entitled to HALF of the bank account!! In fact she went behind my grandfather's back, called his attorney and told him she wanted half of the house, the bank accounts and the furniture in the house! All I know is there was some claus in the will...which read something to the effect of "stripes" and that's how she is entitled to half! I think she is nothing but a scum bucket pond licking leach who wants money...She has already inherited a large sum from her own mother's estate...and now she is trying to take what little my grandfather is getting away from him.

Hello. I am an international student in Canada and I am having some trouble about a residence contract I have.

When the house owner asked me to sign the contract, it said 2 years contract. but I told them that I might move out after 1 year.
And they agreed with it, and I signed the contract.

When I told them that I wanted to move out after one year, they told me not to move out because the contract says 2 years, and they said they don't really know if we talked about moving out after a year or not.
They are telling me to stay here because the contract says 2 years, but I signed it under the condition that I would be able to move out after one year even though it doesn't say about 1 year.

In that case, is the contract still effective even though they lied to me and made me sign it?

I don't know anything about Canadian law, so if anyone know about it, please help me.

This is where is gets complicated, the couple is in the middle of a divorce, not yet finalized and the husband refuses to change his mailing address. Since the divorce is still not final is this considered "community property" since it was received at the marital address? My ex husband is in serious arrears for child support and I am expecting a letter from an attorneys office in regards to the foreclosure of our marital home, I opened this thinking it was a document I needed to sign for the mortgage company, but it is in relation to a settlement for wrongful death of his grandfather, on which both he and our children are named as heirs. I would like to give my attorney/friend of the court this information, but am hoping since he won't change his address I will not be facing any charges for my error...any ideas?
